Lesson 2: PIZZA AND FOCACCIA

Your home made pizza does not taste like the pizzeria one? Wrong! You will indeed create round pizzas, small pizzas, tray pizzas Roman style, focaccia Genoa or Puglia style, Tuscan schiacciata.

Lesson 3: HOLIDAY BREADS

Venetian cake, panettone, dry biscuits, biscotti.
